Limited Warranty and Lifetime Authenticity Assurance

 

The Company provides a lifetime limited authenticity assurance for its products, limited strictly to the authenticity of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals. This authenticity assurance does not include any lifetime repair coverage, service, or protection against damage.

The Company also offers a 12‑month Limited Workmanship Warranty (the “Limited Warranty”) covering manufacturing defects only, for the original purchaser of the product. This is a limited, not full, warranty and applies solely to the original purchaser. It excludes, without limitation: stone loss, accidental damage, wear and tear, chemical damage, resizing issues, loss or theft, unauthorized repairs, alterations, custom orders, and issues arising from normal use. The Company may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace products with covered manufacturing defects.

For purposes of this Limited Warranty and authenticity assurance:

• Who is covered: Original purchaser only.
• What is covered: Manufacturing defects reported within 12 months of purchase.
• What is not covered: Stone loss, accidental damage, wear and tear, chemical damage, loss or theft, unauthorized repairs, alterations, custom orders, or issues arising from normal use.
• Duration: 12‑month workmanship Limited Warranty plus a lifetime limited authenticity assurance (authenticity only; no lifetime repair, service, or replacement).
• Meaning of “lifetime”: “Lifetime” refers solely to the continued authenticity of the covered diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals for the life of the product, and does not provide lifetime service, repairs, or replacement.
• Implied warranties: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are limited in duration to the 12‑month term of this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
• Customer obligations: Customers must provide proof of purchase, notify the Company promptly of any suspected manufacturing defect, and securely and fully insured ship the item to the Company or its designated service provider if requested.
• Services provided: Evaluation and, where a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, repair or replacement of the product, at the Company’s discretion.
• Dispute resolution: Any disputes relating to this Limited Warranty are subject to the arbitration clause set forth in the Company’s Terms and Conditions, to the extent allowed by applicable law.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
