Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@krsnajou.com. Returns should be shipped to the following address: 9350 The Resort Pkwy, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, and gemstone inclusions or other natural characteristics are considered normal and unique to each piece. Carat weight, stone measurements, and metal weight may vary within standard industry tolerances. Natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and gemstones may show slight variations in millimeter dimensions, carat weight (±0.05ct), clarity characteristics, color appearance, and fluorescence. Such differences are standard in the jewelry industry and are not considered defects.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Custom or special-order items (including personalized products)
- Rings resized or altered by third-party jewelers
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
All custom-made jewelry, CAD-designed items, special orders, engraved products, personalized items, and pieces altered at your request (i) require full 100% payment before we will commence production, and (ii) are FINAL SALE. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted after production begins.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
